The natural and slow drying gives the pasta unique flavour, the craft production ensures the genuineness, whereas the bronze drawing enriches sauces, giving consistency and flavour to the pasta.
The artisanal production ensures authenticity, the bronze drawing an excellent cooking resistance and the “grip” on the sauces.
